Ragnar Mob Stats
The RagnarMobStats mod creates a flexible RPG-style progression system for enemies and neutral creatures in Minecraft. Creatures receive dynamic levels upon spawning according to various customizable conditions:
- Random base range from specified boundaries
- Nearest player's level (if enabled)
- Minimum indicators for different dimensions, structures, or specific creature types (such as bosses)
With each level gained, mobs receive randomly distributed stat points (Strength, Agility, Vitality, Intelligence, Dexterity, Luck), ensuring variety in behavior and characteristics of different enemies.
The system automatically recalculates standard game attributes:
- Maximum health
- Attack damage
- Armor
- Movement speed
- Knockback resistance
Based on generated characteristics. This ensures gradual difficulty progression and forms unique traits for each creature variety, making encounters less predictable and more tactically challenging.
Additionally, an exclusion list is included, allowing specific creatures (such as villagers or iron golems) to remain unchanged, ensuring compatibility with peaceful game content.
All settings can be modified through the common.toml file, giving server administrators and players complete control over game balance - including level ranges, characteristic scaling formulas, points per level, and special game rules.
