Porting the /random command to older Minecraft versions

This mod brings the /random command, originally introduced in Minecraft 1.20.2, to earlier game versions. Now you can enjoy all the benefits of this useful feature regardless of which version you're playing.

The mod provides two main commands:

/random roll - available to all players. It doesn't return values, instead simply displaying a random number from the chosen range in the chat. Perfect for giveaways, decision-making, or just for fun.

/random value - available only to server operators. This command generates and returns a random number but doesn't display it in chat. The result can be used in combination with /execute store and other commands that require returned values.

Since the command is fully ported from the original version, it's compatible with all features that work with command return values.
