Re: Translator
The Re: Translator modification solves the language barrier problem for the international Minecraft player community. You will no longer be confused by incomprehensible text in the game - blocks, items, instructions, and any other inscriptions will be automatically translated into your chosen language.
Main functionality
The current version implements integration with the Google Translate API, ensuring accurate and fast content translation. Future updates plan to add support for alternative translation services.
All translated texts are saved in a special ReTranslatorCache folder in the game's root directory. Caching is organized by languages, allowing manual correction of unsuccessful automatic translations. Simply open the corresponding file and make the necessary edits.
Important features
When first launching the mod with an untranslated language, be prepared for a long loading time. The system simultaneously processes a huge number of objects, which may take several minutes. Speed depends on your internet connection, computer performance, and the number of installed modifications. The translation progress is displayed in the game logs, so you can monitor the process.
If you want to change the game language, a restart is required - translation is performed during the pre-initialization stage.
Possible limitations
Some mods may use non-standard localization files (for example, en_US), in which case you can specify the main language file in the mod's configuration.
Sometimes translation may be absent for two reasons: the selected translation service cannot handle specific text, or the mod uses non-standard localization methods (as in TiC manuals).
