Reg's More Foods - Expanded Cuisine for Minecraft
Tired of monotonous eating in your survival world? Fed up with constantly consuming golden carrots just because it's considered optimal? Want more variety in food and actual drinks in the game?
Then you'll definitely enjoy Reg's More Foods! This project utilizes the new Components added in Minecraft 1.20.5 to offer players over 130 new food options and several achievements to discover.
Main Features
Version v1.2.1 includes numerous new products that can be found or crafted:
- Honey-coated apples
- Cheesecake
- Tacos and burritos
- Various ice cream types
- Apple juice and hot chocolate
- Bananas
- Different pizza varieties
- Cupcakes and baguettes
- Smoothies and much more!

All products feature unique textures created in the vanilla game style. Although I'm not a professional artist, I tried to maintain the spirit of original Minecraft!
Configuration and Management
The data pack offers several customization options - simply enter /function rmf:_config to view available choices. To obtain any item, use the commands /function rmf:_help/give_item and /function rmf:give_item/(item).
Important note: This data pack modifies some standard recipes and loot tables to improve gameplay. For example, the Ender Dragon now has a 30% chance to drop a dragon egg when killed, making the corresponding recipe available in multiplayer.
Installation and Updates
For versions v1.0 and above:
Simply download the archive, extract it, and place the files in the appropriate folders. Vanilla version players will need to download the resource pack (included in the package).
For modded versions:
Download the .jar file. All players on the server must install the mod for proper texture loading.
Updating:
Just replace the old version with the new one. All created items will be preserved, but their recipes may change when recrafted.

The modded version automatically works with AppleSkin (Fabric/Quilt only), showing updated food values. A Forge version is available starting from v1.1.2.

Although Reg's More Foods is copyright protected, I welcome the creation of custom add-ons! Study the project files, understand the working principles, and create your own extensions. However, please don't reupload this project under your name.
