RemoveWelcomeScreen[FABRIC] - Remove the Welcome Screen

Starting from the official Minecraft version 1.19.4, a welcome screen appears when launching the game, where you can configure language settings. If you don't like this menu and it interferes with quick entry into the game, this mod allows you to completely disable it.
