[ARCHIVED] Rempler's SkyBlock
ATTENTION: This modification is no longer supported by the developer. We recommend using alternative solutions for creating SkyBlock mode in Minecraft.
This mod provides a simple implementation of the popular SkyBlock mode with a set of useful commands for island management.
Server Version Features
Starting from version 1.2, it became possible to create a SkyBlock server. To do this, simply add the parameter level-type=skyblock:skyblock-type to the server.properties file. The map will be automatically generated with the correct configuration.
Players can create their own islands using the following commands:
/island island @p/is island @p/skyblock island @p
Unfortunately, the team island creation feature is currently unavailable due to limited development time.
Technical Details
The mod was created based on code from popular modifications Botania and VoidIslandControl, but does not contain all the features of the original solutions.
Known Limitations:
- The End does not generate as void due to dragon fight specifics and the inability to create end cities through datapacks
Compatibility
For version 1.2, it is recommended to install the Shutup Experimental Settings mod, which removes the annoying experimental settings window.
Project Status
As of December 22, 2020, there are no known bugs. The developer welcomes pull requests on GitHub to fix any discovered issues and add new features.
