Eras of Arda: Renewed Addon (First and Second Age)
Project Overview
The Eras of Arda: Renewed addon is an expansion for the "Lord of the Rings: Renewed" mod that transports players to the First and Second Ages of Arda as described in Tolkien's works. The mod functions exclusively on Minecraft version 1.16.5 and will be updated in parallel with the main "Lord of the Rings" mod.
Main Features
The addon is divided into two key parts: the First and Second Ages. Players can freely travel between all three ages. The First Age features a map of Beleriand with redesigned Eriador territories that correspond to Tolkien's canonical descriptions. Over 20 new factions and subfactions have been implemented, along with unique armor and weapon types, diverse biomes, and numerous other gameplay elements.
Players can choose to roleplay as an elf from Doriath, a human from Dor-lómin, an orc from Angband, and many other characters, providing extensive roleplaying opportunities.
Second Age Features
The Second Age offers an even more expansive game world compared to the First Age. The addon includes special world types "First Age Classic" and "Second Age Classic" that replace the standard Minecraft map and generate landscapes using unique biomes from the respective ages.

Installation Requirements
The "Lord of the Rings: Renewed" mod is required for the addon to function. Installation of JEI (Just Enough Items) and JEI LOTR is recommended for convenient crafting recipe viewing. The complete mod set for optimal gameplay experience includes:
