Requious Frakto
Create Custom Mechanisms with Unlimited Possibilities
Requious Frakto is a powerful tool for modpack developers that enables the creation of unique single-block machines similar to modular systems. All machine configuration, including appearance, identifiers, and placement parameters, is defined through JSON files, while fine-tuning is accomplished using CraftTweaker scripts.
Each created machine functions as a universal 9x5 board where various resource slots can be installed.
This machine contains only item slots
Available Slot Types
- Item Slots - work with any items and blocks
- Fluid Slots - manage liquid resources
- Energy Slots - control energy transfer
- Timer Slots - configure process duration
- Laser Components - universal system similar to BuildCraft
- Selection Slots - functionality like in BuildCraft assembly tables
Developing Capabilities
Advanced resource transfer systems are in development:
- Red Emitters - wireless FE energy transfer using Embers technology
- Fluid Emitters - wireless liquid transportation
Future Plans
- Extended configuration of machine physical properties (boundaries, resistance)
- Support for various mod energy systems (Botania Mana, IC2 EU, AE2 power)
- Wireless item transfer systems
Resources and Assets
The modification includes ready-made resources for machine configuration: multiple interface elements and three basic mechanism models. Using custom assets requires installing additional modifications like Resource Loader.
Configuration Examples
Test .zs scripts and assembly.json files are available for familiarization with the system. A demonstration modpack completely built on Requious Frakto capabilities is also being developed.
