Rotten Chicken: Cooking Chicken from Rotten Flesh

This datapack transforms useless rotten flesh into delicious chicken!

Mod Features

With the Rotten Chicken addon, you gain the ability to cook rotten flesh using different methods! Use:

• Campfire
• Furnace
• Smoker

Cooking takes the standard time for each device. For each cooked unit, the furnace or smoker accumulates 0.1 experience points.

Why This Modification is Useful?

In the original game, rotten flesh is virtually useless. Even when trading with villagers, it requires an enormous number of clicks to get something worthwhile.

Some modifications propose smelting rotten flesh into leather, but this approach disrupts game balance and removes the incentive to breed cows or zoglins for leather.
