At the current stage, a significant portion of the mod's frightening elements has been implemented. Players will encounter various hallucinations that add layers of psychological complexity. The development of schizophrenia in the game doesn't happen instantly — for some it might take an in-game day, for others — several days. Patience is key — everything will happen in its own time.
