Scopophobia is an atmospheric horror modification that completely clears your Minecraft world of all creatures, leaving you completely alone... or so it seems at first glance.

Without enemies to fight and without allies to find, the silence becomes deafening. However, as darkness falls, subtle signs of someone else's presence begin to appear - phantom footsteps, distant sounds, moving blocks, and eerie messages. Even armor stands appear when you turn your back.

This modification transforms Minecraft into a psychological horror, recreating the feeling of being watched in an empty world.
