Siegeweapons Mod

Immerse yourself in the era of medieval battles in Minecraft!

This mod introduces functional catapults and ballistae into the game, with plans to add other types of siege weapons in the future. All mechanisms feature realistic physics, customizable crafting recipes, and create an unforgettable atmosphere of medieval warfare.

Features

Catapults

Catapults launch projectiles along realistic trajectories, dealing significant damage to enemies.

Available projectile types:

• Cobblestone – deals 50 damage
• Cobble Cluster – launches 12 small rocks, each dealing 20 damage
• Fire Pot – ignites an area upon impact
• Explosive Pot – deals area damage similar to TNT

Controls: Use WASD keys for aiming and Space to load and launch projectiles. Hold right-click to see the projected flight trajectory.

Ballistae

A precision siege weapon with special aiming mode (activated with right-click). Fires fast and deadly bolts with realistic ballistics.

Siege Table

Create your siege machines directly on a specialized siege table.

Repair System

Repair damaged siege weapons using iron nuggets and wooden planks.

Compatibility and Configuration

• ✅ Built for Minecraft Forge 1.20.1

  Recommended version: 1.20.1 - 47.4.0

• ✅ Fully configurable via saves/world/serverconfig/siegeweapons.toml file

Installation

1. Install Minecraft Forge 1.20.1
2. Place the mod file in the mods/ folder
3. Launch the game and prepare for siege!
