Silent's Mechanisms
Mod Overview
Silent's Mechanisms is a technology mod that adds various mechanisms and devices to Minecraft, all powered by Forge Energy. The mod is designed for Minecraft versions 1.14.x and later and requires the Silent Lib library.
Main Features
The mod includes a complete recipe system that can be customized through data packs. All mechanisms consume Forge Energy (FE), ensuring compatibility with most other technology mods. Built-in JEI integration allows viewing all recipes directly in the game.
Added Mechanisms
- Alloy Smelter - combines multiple items into one, such as creating bronze from copper and tin
- Coal Generator - produces energy from coal, charcoal, and coal blocks
- Crusher - grinds ores into chunks and chunks into dust with up to four different output products
- Electric Furnace - can smelt anything that a regular furnace or blast furnace can
- Drying Rack - turns meat into jerky and rotten flesh into leather
- Battery Box - stores energy, capacity increases when adding more batteries
- Compressor - compresses items to obtain new materials
- Lava Generator - produces energy from lava
- Mixer - combines up to four fluids into one
- Pump - collects fluids from the world and fills containers
- Refinery - converts one fluid into several others
- Solidifier
- Wires - transmit Forge Energy, configured using a wrench
Added Items
The mod adds many new materials: crushed ores, dust, ingots, nuggets, as well as:
- Canisters - stackable fluid containers
- Jerky - food product from the drying rack
- Wrench - for configuring wires and rotating blocks
- Zombie Leather - made from rotten flesh, used to craft regular leather
Important Notes
The mod is in active development. Some textures may be temporary, and block functionality may change. The mod does not include fluid and item pipes - use hoppers and containers for transportation.
Compatibility
Full compatibility with any mods using Forge Energy or Redstone Flux. Automatic integration with Silent Gear when installed together.
