Simple Zombie Apocalypse - Full Description
Warning! This mod may cause severe lag on weak computers due to the enormous number of zombies spawning under certain conditions. Not recommended for low-end PCs!
This project will likely no longer be supported by the author, but you can create your own versions with proper attribution.
Update May 31, 2022: Work is currently underway on an improved and refined version of the mod with more content for version 1.18.2. It may be released as a separate mod due to significant differences from current functionality.
Main Concept
The mod turns the Minecraft world into a real zombie apocalypse! Hordes of zombies will attack you from all sides, creating a tense and dangerous survival atmosphere.
Spawn Features
Zombies spawn mainly at night and on the surface, with their numbers potentially being insane. They can appear EVERYWHERE it's dark - even in the End dimension, creating additional challenge (and load on your computer).
Settings and Commands
You can adjust the probability of zombie spawning using the command /zombieprobability <number from 0 to 100>. The initial value is set to 5%, which already creates chaos and a large number of zombies. Do not set values too high, otherwise server performance may drop significantly.
Additional Commands:
- /doeszombieburns <true/false> - determines whether zombies burn in sunlight (applies only to new zombies)
- /zombiespeedlevel
- sets the speed effect level for zombies (applies only to new zombies) - /dokillallzombiesday <true/false> - if true, all zombies will be killed during the day
Note: In the Minecraft 1.12.2 version, some features are unavailable.
