SimpleDifficulty

This modification introduces two new mechanics into gameplay - a temperature impact system on the character and the need for drinking water.

The idea emerged as a modern alternative to the Tough as Nails modification, whose development is currently uncertain. SimpleDifficulty offers a similar survival concept but with its own implementation.
