Simply More

Simply More is an extension for the Simply Swords mod by Sweeney, significantly expanding the available weapon arsenal. This addon introduces completely new weapon categories and unique specimens that will diversify your gameplay.

Display of weapon types added in this mod

The mod adds 10 different weapon categories to the game:

  • Great Katanas
  • Grandswords that can break through shield defense
  • Backhand blades
  • Spears that receive significant enhancement when used while mounted
  • Khopeshs
  • Daggers
  • Pernachs
  • Combat staffs
  • Great spears
  • Deer horns

Additionally, Simply More adds 33 unique weapons with special characteristics!

Required Mods

Simply More requires the following mods to function:

  • Simply Swords version 1.55.0 or higher
  • Cloth Config version 11.1.106 or higher
  • Architectury API (dependency of Simply Swords)

Compatibility with Other Mods

Simply More supports additional compatibility with:

  • Better Combat - adds special attack animations and combat system changes (weapon balance is designed for use with this mod)
  • Stick n' Stone - adds wooden and stone weapon variants
  • Mythic Metals - expands the arsenal with 23 additional tiers
  • Patchouli - provides a book with information about all weapon types
