Skay's Overworld Quartz Ore

This modification adds quartz ore to the regular world, which is quite common. When mined, it drops quartz fragments. To obtain a full quartz, you'll need to craft four such fragments. However, there's also a lucky option - with a 30% chance, a whole quartz may drop directly from the ore. If you use the Fortune enchantment, the amount of resources obtained will increase.
