Slow Your Roll - Mod for Slowing Down Progression

This modification introduces significant changes to the gameplay, making progression through the game more measured and challenging. The main goal is to create a deeper and more thoughtful playthrough experience.

Main Features

The mod replaces standard tools and armor with new types, creating a more complex crafting system. Instead of wooden and stone tools, flint and copper variants are now available, with each material requiring the previous one to mine corresponding resources.

A unique woodworking system has been added - when stripping bark from logs, a special "bark" item appears that can be used to restore stripped logs. A complete set of copper armor and unbaked versions of various baked goods are also presented.

Among other interesting additions are netherite horse armor and stack size limitations for food, adding realism to inventory management.

Compatibility and Settings

For in-game documentation, installation of the Treatise mod is recommended. Configuration settings are available through Mod Menu. There is also a special Slow Your Bronze addon for compatibility with the Bronze mod.

For visual improvement enthusiasts, the Slow Your Flint resource pack is available, offering alternative textures for flint tools.

Technical Details

Flint tool textures are taken from the Random's Early Progression mod by randommcsomethin, copper armor textures - from Pure Copper Tools by purejosh. Both resources are used in accordance with the MIT license.
