Main Features
Ship Control
- Place the vessel sufficiently far from shore — free space is required for spawning
- Right-click to take the captain's seat
- While on the ship:
- R key — raise/lower sails
- W/S — increase/decrease sailing speed
- Switch to third-person view (F5) + mouse wheel scroll — adjust camera distance
- Right-click on an entity — disembark from the ship
- To access inventory outside the vessel: Shift + right mouse button
Cannons
- Install a cannon by right-clicking while holding it
- Fire by pressing Spacebar while looking at the cannon (requires cannonballs in ship inventory)
- Remove a cannon with a pickaxe
- Key bindings can be changed in controls menu
Technical Features
Ship Characteristics
- Cold-water vessels — 10% faster in cold biomes, 10% slower in warm ones
- Warm-water vessels — 10% faster in warm biomes, 10% slower in cold ones
- Each cannon reduces speed by 2.5%
- Cargo can reduce speed by up to 10%
Additional Functions
- Sail coloring — right-click with dye
- Ship repair — using iron nuggets and planks
- Ship naming — use a name tag
- Ship tethering (versions 1.18.2 – 1.20.6) — connecting ships when no player is controlling

- Speed: 45 km/h, Hull strength: 400 HP

Galley
- Warship (warm waters)
- 54 slots, 9 passengers
- Speed: 40 km/h, Hull strength: 200 HP

Drakkar
- Viking-style ship (cold waters)
- 54 slots, 11 passengers, ice-breaking ability
- Shields with banner patterns for defense
- Speed: 30 km/h, Hull strength: 200 HP
