SpawnEggDrops

Adds the ability for spawn eggs to drop when killing creatures. Each mob has a base 10% chance to leave behind its reappearance egg after death. All parameters can be finely adjusted through a separate configuration file, allowing flexible management of drop probability for different types of creatures.
