Spyglass Astronomy Sync

Spyglass Astronomy Sync is an expansion for the Spyglass Astronomy mod that enables sky synchronization across all players on a server. Now every participant in a multiplayer game will see the same celestial objects without any need for manual configuration.

How Configuration Works

By default, this mod disables most commands from the /sga:admin section. If you want to change this behavior, you need to edit the configuration file located at config/spyglass-astronomy-sync.json.

The default settings look like this:

What to consider when modifying the configuration:

• Change the allow_admin_commands value to true to allow all players to use commands from /sga:admin. Keep in mind: players with permission level 2 or higher will always have access to admin functions.
• The configuration file is only loaded when the server starts. To apply any changes, you need to restart the Minecraft server.

Requirements

For Spyglass Astronomy Sync to function properly, the following mods are required:

• Fabric API
• Spyglass Astronomy (only needs to be installed on the client, this dependency is not required for the server).

For successful synchronization between all users, Spyglass Astronomy Sync must be installed simultaneously on both the client and the server.
