Squashed!

The Squashed! mod offers a huge variety of blocks that perfectly combine decorative functions with practical storage utility. The developers paid special attention to detail refinement and creating unique gameplay mechanics.

Main Features

Over 400 new blocks and items are added. All of them are created using special 2x2 or 3x3 compaction recipes from other blocks and items that previously didn't have compact forms.

Reversible pillar blocks feature unique placement mechanics combining characteristics of logs and orientable blocks. When placed while holding the sneaking key, they reverse their direction.

Tropical fish blocks come in 21 unique variations crafted using hollow 3x3 recipes with specific items in the center. Most of these blocks utilize the reversible pillar block mechanics.

Phantom blocks are crafted from 2x2 phantom membrane and can be placed directly in mid-air without support.

Gunpowder blocks and packed TNT blocks add new explosive capabilities. Gunpowder blocks rapidly detonate when exposed to fire or redstone signal, while packed TNT explodes into nine upward-spreading clusters upon detonation.

Unique dispenser mechanics and many other gameplay features and interactions are also implemented.

Installation

Requires Fabric Loader for your Minecraft version and Fabric API. Place the Fabric API .jar and Squashed .jar files in the mods folder.

You are free to use this mod in your modpacks as long as proper credit is given.
