Stalker Creepers [FABRIC] - A Mod That Changes Creeper Behavior

This modification is a Fabric version of AtomicStrykerGrumpy's mod that completely transforms the typical behavior of creepers in Minecraft.

Operation Features: Instead of the standard sneaking and exploding without warning, creepers now demonstrate a completely new behavioral tactic. They begin to follow the player at a distance but do not explode immediately upon approach.

Explosion Activation Mechanics: The main feature of the mod lies in the fact that a creeper explodes only when the player turns towards it and looks directly at the creature. This creates additional difficulties since it's impossible to simply run away from a pursuing creeper - just one careless glance is enough to trigger a powerful explosion.
