Stop Playing Unfair! Modification

This small but extremely useful modification solves one of the most annoying problems in Minecraft. Imagine a situation: you're fighting a powerful mob far from your spawn point, you die and return to the battle location, but the enemy has disappeared without a trace. Now this is in the past!

How the Mod Works

Stop Playing Unfair! prevents the despawn of certain mobs if they were attacked by a player. The functionality is similar to using a name tag, but doesn't require additional resources. This is especially valuable when used with other mods that add complex bosses.

No more fear of losing valuable items due to a vanished opponent!

Settings

The mod creates a configuration file with two main options:

• Whitelist of mobs that should not despawn during combat
• Option to turn the whitelist into a blacklist

You decide which mobs deserve "special treatment".

Development and Support

Attention: Version for Minecraft 1.17 will be available soon! However, the developer is currently facing technical difficulties when working with Forge MDK for this version. The update will be released after the stable version of Forge 1.17 is available.

Use in modpacks is allowed - you can safely add this modification without any restrictions.

Development for older Minecraft versions or porting to Fabric is not planned in the near future. If you wish to do this yourself - credit the author of the original modification.
