Stupid Cow, Stop Climbing!
About the Modification
Minecraft has a long-standing issue with animal wandering behavior. Due to peculiarities in the random position selection algorithm, living creatures exhibit a strong tendency to move up slopes. This occurs because developers exclude certain positions from calculations for performance optimization, resulting in blocks located above the entity's level being selected several times more often than those at the same level or below. Such behavior appears unnatural and detracts from the gaming experience.
The Stupid Cow, Stop Climbing! mod completely resolves this problem by adjusting the animal movement algorithm. Importantly, this fix does not break farms built considering the standard creature behavior patterns. Additionally, the modification can be installed only on the server side, making it convenient for multiplayer gameplay.
