Mining and Applications

Nitre is primarily mined in dripstone caves, where its deposits are particularly common. This mineral can be used to create two types of building blocks: regular nitre blocks and polished nitre blocks. Additionally, nitre can be used to craft bone meal - one unit of resource transforms into four portions of fertilizer.

Sulfur is found both in the Overworld and the Nether. This resource has impressive properties: it serves as fuel that is twice as efficient as coal. Sulfur can also be converted into decorative sulfur blocks. Curious players can try tasting sulfur, but we warn you - the consequences may be unpleasant!

Crafting Recipes

Both resources open up new possibilities for creating gunpowder. By combining sulfur, nitre, and charcoal in various proportions, you'll gain access to alternative methods for producing this explosive substance.
