Complete SunIsDead Mod Description

This datapack completely alters standard Minecraft survival, turning it into a true challenge even for experienced players.

Core Changes

The sun has disappeared - the entire game world is now plunged into eternal night. You're given only a few seconds at the very beginning of the game to prepare for the approaching darkness.

New Limitations

• Attempts to sleep are now punished: the rest system has stopped working, and any attempts to use a bed will lead to negative consequences
• Natural health regeneration is disabled: your character will no longer automatically restore health over time

Mob Modifications

All hostile creatures have undergone serious changes:

• Enhanced characteristics: increased health, improved movement speed
• Added unique abilities for different mob types
• Some enemies gained the ability to restore health during combat
• Previously peaceful creatures have become permanently aggressive

Special Events

At certain time intervals, special events activate that make the game even more challenging:

Nightmare - the most dangerous event:

• All pigs turn into zombies
• Any skeleton horse becomes a deadly trap
• Creepers gain electrical discharges
• 1-3 phantoms appear that explode after 20 seconds

The second event "Depletion" periodically tests your endurance and survival skills.
