SyncPotionEffects (Forge) - Fixing the Potion Effect Bug
The Problem This Mod Solves
In the standard version of Minecraft, there's an annoying bug: when you teleport between dimensions using mods or use the /execute command to move to another dimension, potion effects temporarily disappear. For example, the Night Vision effect might vanish for a few seconds after teleportation.
This is particularly frustrating when you rely on effects like Slow Falling or Blindness - due to this bug, they don't apply to the player for several seconds after moving between worlds. Interestingly, this error doesn't occur when using Nether portals, despite the mod's logo featuring such a portal.
The Solution
This small mod provides a workaround that ensures potion effects remain constantly active and their icons visible regardless of the teleportation method. Effects stay active and visible during any movement between dimensions.

Here are visual examples of the problem and its solution:

Currently, the mod is available for Minecraft version 1.15.2 with Forge.
