TFC Improved Badlands

This addon for TerraFirmaCraft completely transforms the appearance and generation of badlands biomes in the world. The landscape changes naturally depending on climatic conditions.

In arid regions, badlands generate in the standard way, but as humidity increases, their terrain becomes more familiar and diverse. In the humid versions of these biomes, grass, soil, and stone formations appear instead of sand and sandstone.

The smooth transition between different landscape types occurs at a precipitation level of about 115 units, where both options are balanced. In particularly dry conditions, sand dunes begin to form. All threshold values for changing terrain types can be configured to your preferences.

Using this mod together with TFC Weather adds the ability to create smoother sand slopes thanks to layered sand blocks. This works perfectly with dunes in areas with low precipitation levels. Furthermore, this system integrates ideally with TFC Barrens, which turns the entire world into a single desert zone.
