The Assimilator [Parasitic Dweller] - Terrifying Parasite in Minecraft

The "The Assimilator" mod introduces players to a deadly adversary - a creature called the Dweller that has been taken over by a parasite. This being, once peaceful, is now completely controlled by a parasitic entity, transformed into a relentless hunter with a single goal - to destroy the player.

Mod Features

The main threat comes from the parasite itself. If you spot it and make eye contact - escape is practically impossible. The infected Dweller moves three times faster than normal thanks to the parasite, which enhances its physical abilities, making it one of the most dangerous and elusive creatures in the game.

Technical Features

The mod includes a completely redesigned creature model with a parasitic appearance. The Assimilator stands 6.5 blocks tall, making it significantly larger than the player. New sound effects have been added: assimilation footsteps, damage sounds, and a new death animation. There's also a reskin of the cave dweller and the parasite itself, with corrected subtitles for the creature.

IMPORTANT: Geckolib is required for animations to work correctly.

Artificial Intelligence

The Assimilator warns of its approach by making aggressive sounds when near the player. It also emits sounds characteristic of a regular cave dweller. If you encounter it in caves - be prepared for imminent danger.
