The Life Scythe

About the Modification

This modification was created for a private server where I play with friends. Initially, several weapon types were planned, but this scythe was the only worthwhile idea, so development of other options was postponed.

Features and Compatibility

The Life Scythe mod is designed to work together with the LevelHearts modification, which changes the character health system. This is why the weapon is called "Life Scythe" rather than "XP Scythe" - it directly interacts with the health mechanics from the accompanying mod.

Weapon Characteristics

• Base damage: 13 units
• Attack speed: 1.5
• Special feature: Ability to steal experience with rapid consecutive attacks
• Enchantment: The weapon has a built-in visual enchantment effect but cannot be additionally enchanted

The weapon is most effective against strong opponents, while its potential against weak enemies is not fully realized.

Crafting Recipe

To craft the Life Scythe you need:

• Top left and top middle slots: diamond blocks
• Top right slot: experience bottle
• Middle left slot: experience bottle
• Bottom left slot: echo shard
• Middle slot: diamond hoe
• Remaining slots: totems
