The One Probe Community Edition
This is an unofficial version of The One Probe mod that includes optimizations, new features, and rewritten code.
This version, known as TOPCE, was created by the community due to the large amount of hardcoded content in the original mod. The main improvement is the ability to localize most text strings, allowing customization through the mod's language files.
Important Compatibility Information
In versions 1.3.1 and above, support for mods other than CraftTweaker and GameStage has been removed. For working with other mods, it's recommended to use the additional TopAllDependents mod.
In versions before 1.3.1, extended support is available for the following mods:
- Embers Rekindled
- Botania and related additions
- GameStage and OreStage
- CraftTweaker
- Dynamic Trees
- ProjectE
- Thaumcraft
New Features Compared to Original
The mod includes all TOP Extras features and adds many useful improvements:
- Display of enchantment power from bookshelves
- Viewing inventory contents of minecarts and mules
- Indicator of remaining time until activated TNT explosion
- Showing water level in cauldrons
- Identification of playing disc in jukebox
- Display of painting names
- Information about villager profession and level
The mod is fully compatible with all dependencies of the original The One Probe.
