Theurgy - Ancient Art of Alchemy in Minecraft

Theurgy is an open-source magic mod that immerses players into the world of classical alchemy. Instead of traditional four elements, this mod utilizes three fundamental alchemical principles - Sulfur, Salt, and Mercury, following the ancient teachings of spagyrics.

The main goal of Theurgy is to provide a balanced alchemy system that won't be as overpowered as Equivalent Exchange, yet more practical than the legendary Thaumcraft. The mod allows for replication and transmutation of matter, as well as creation of magical artifacts.

Getting Started

To begin your journey into the world of alchemy, craft a book using 2 units of sand. This will grant you access to "The Hermetica" - a guidebook that will serve as your companion in mastering the ancient art. Follow the instructions in the book to become a master alchemist.

In-Game Documentation

All necessary information is available directly in the game through the Modonomicon system, which provides interactive books in the Thaumonomicon style.
