Here is the GUI for the Dynamic Road Sign. All your data-driven signs will show up in the scroll-able list. Signs can also be rotated any direction. A preview will show you which sign is selected as well.

Road Markings-o-Plenty

There are many road markings which paintbrushes can place down. Some even can be placed on asphalt directly, turning the asphalt into that type of asphalt with road marking.

Fully Custom Signs

Road Signs use custom registries called SignTypes, and are completely data-driven like other features in the base game are! Add as many as you want!
