Tinker I/O - Expanding Smeltery Capabilities

Tinker I/O is an addon for Tinkers' Construct that significantly enhances the functionality of the smeltery system. This addon introduces new mechanisms and items that make the process of ore smelting and alloy creation more efficient and automated.

Main Blocks and Mechanisms

Fuel Input Machine

This mechanism allows automatic loading of combustible materials into the smeltery. Adding fuel increases the temperature and working speed of the smeltery. The higher the fuel's calorific value, the faster the smelting process.

Smart Output

An innovative replacement for standard casting tables and basins. This block offers extended capabilities for casting metal products.

Stirling Engine

An RF energy generator that must be installed above a Tinkers' Construct tank. The engine's efficiency depends on the liquid temperature in the tank.

Ore Crusher

A special device for crushing ore into crushed ore. It's important to note that crushed ore differs from ore dust and cannot be smelted in a regular furnace.

Decorative Block

An aesthetic building material for crafting other mod components.

New Items and Upgrades

Solid Fuel

Special combustible substance that can be used both in regular furnaces and in the fuel input machine to achieve high temperatures in the smeltery.

Base Upgrade

Main component for creating other Tinker I/O upgrades.

Slot Upgrades I-IV

Allow increasing the number of output slots in the smart output:

• Slot Upgrade I: +1 slot
• Slot Upgrade II: +2 slots
• Slot Upgrade III: +3 slots
• Slot Upgrade IV: +4 slots

Fortune Upgrade

Increases the chance of tripling output when crushing ore by 30%.

Redstone Upgrade

Allows controlling the smart output using redstone signals.

Speed Upgrade

Can be installed in the ore crusher and fuel input machine to speed up their operation.

Basin Upgrade

Activates basin casting mode for the smart output.

Crushed Ore

Important: Crushed ore is not ore dust and is not added to the ore dictionary. It must be smelted in the smeltery to obtain pure metal, which can then be cast into ingots only through the smart output.

Functionality in Older Versions

For Minecraft 1.7.10

The fuel input machine works with solid fuel and must be placed near the smeltery controller. When combined with speed upgrades, it allows instant transformation of metals into liquid form.

The smart output replaces the casting table and works faster. In combination with the fuel input machine, it creates an efficient mineral processing system.
