Carpet TakeNeko Addition, also known as TNCA

This is an extension for the Carpet mod (fabric-carpet), representing a collection of useful tools and interesting features in the style of Carpet modification.

With default settings, this mod does not alter the vanilla game behavior in any way.

Used together with Carpet mod for the same Minecraft version. It is recommended to always use the latest versions of Carpet mod.

This setting solves the crash problem when pasting litematica into the world.
Available only in Minecraft >= 1.19
Adding JVM arguments -DdoNotBypassMessageOrderCheck=true can disable this function and solve some mixin issues
