TNTUtils - Complete Control Over Explosions in Minecraft

This compact mod provides players and server administrators with advanced options for configuring explosion behavior in the game. The mod can be installed only on the server side - clients do not need to install it to connect.

Important note: Explosions from other mods may not obey TNTUtils settings if they do not use the game's standard explosion methods.

Main Features of the Mod

The mod offers a wide range of settings through the configuration file:

Control over explosion sizes and activity: You can change explosion radii, completely disable them, or prohibit TNT explosions.

Chain reaction prevention: TNT will no longer cause explosions of neighboring TNT blocks.

Management commands: The "/explode" command is available (in versions 1.12.2 and earlier it's called "/explosion").

Block resistance settings: You can individually configure the explosion resistance of each block type.

Item drop control: Adjust the probability of items dropping when blocks are destroyed by explosions. In versions 1.20+, the game rules "mobExplosionDropDecay", "tntExplosionDropDecay" and "blockExplosionDropDecay" are also taken into account.

Block protection from destruction: Completely prevent blocks from being destroyed by explosions. In versions 1.20+, you can use block tags #tntutils:explosion_blacklist and #tntutils:explosion_whitelist for black and white lists. The white list takes precedence over the black list and configuration settings. In versions 1.12.2 and earlier, blocks are specified directly in the configuration file.

Environmentally friendly creepers: Creepers no longer destroy blocks when exploding.

Mechanism protection: Prevent blocks from being activated by explosions (for example, to prevent wind charge explosions from flipping levers). For this, tags #tntutils:trigger_blacklist and #tntutils:trigger_whitelist are used.

Entity protection: Prevent explosions from damaging all or certain entities. In versions 1.20+, entity type tags #tntutils:explosion_blacklist and #tntutils:explosion_whitelist are used.

Item protection: Prevent items on the ground from being destroyed by explosions. In versions 1.20+, item tags #tntutils:explosion_blacklist and #tntutils:explosion_whitelist are applied.

All listed features can be enabled and disabled through the configuration file, making TNTUtils a flexible tool for fine-tuning gameplay.
