ToroQuest Revamped
Feature Overview
ToroQuest Revamped is a completely reworked version of the original mod that transforms ordinary villages into true centers of adventure and interaction.
Major Innovations:
- Enhanced Artificial Intelligence - creatures and NPCs behave much smarter and more realistically
- New Enemies - bandits and orcs now threaten villages
- Overhauled Quest System - completely updated mission mechanics with new quest types
- Epic Bosses - legendary bosses with unique battles and rewards
- Boss Trophies - special items providing buffs within village boundaries (similar to beacons)
Village Mechanics:
- Updated Structures - villages feature new buildings and improved design
- Reputation System - trading improves as your village reputation grows
- Factions and Houses - each village is divided into factions with unique banners
- Guard Recruitment - ability to hire guards for village protection
- Smart Guards - guards block with shields, use bows, and catch thieves
Additional Features:
- Village Raids - configurable attacks on settlements
- Caravans - new trading and transportation methods
- Guard Dialogues - fully customizable guard lines
- Crime System - consequences for theft and law-breaking
- Ender Idol - new magical artifact
- Flexible Configuration - extensive config files for modpack creators
Compatibility with Other Mods
For maximum immersion, we recommend using:
- Improved Villager Skins - Village Names
- Enhanced Trading UI - Gambling Style
- Additional Weapons - Spartan Weaponry (for bandits and guards)
- Decorative Elements - FutureMC, Rustic (for village decoration)
Custom Skins: To add your own textures for bandits, orcs, and guards, download the special resource pack and follow instructions in README.txt.
