Trailier Tales
With the Trails & Tales update, many players felt the potential wasn't fully realized, although developers promised less than in the previous Wild Update. The Trailier Tales modification aims to fill this gap by offering a significantly expanded and improved gameplay experience.
Main Innovations
This mod introduces numerous changes and additions to the base game. Completely new structures, blocks, mobs, enchantments, and effects have been added, along with improvements to existing mechanics.

Content Description
Ruins form clusters in all types of plains and forests, with variations for jungles, savannas, deserts, badlands, and deep dark. These contain suspicious blocks with valuable pottery sherds.
Pottery sherds now include over 25 unique patterns, each found in specific game world locations.
Armor trims - seven new armor decoration variants that can be found in various ruins and catacombs.
Biome Diversity and Features
New plants are obtained with sniffers and can be grown to produce dyes. Cyan Rose provides cyan dye, Manedrop and Dawntrail allow creating purple dye.
Surveyor block - a redstone component that detects players in direct line of sight. Outputs maximum signal when detecting, and intensity depends on distance when used with comparator.
The Catacombs structure is a challenging underground maze with numerous corridors and tombs. Inside are chests with valuable loot including new enchantments, armor trims, and music disc. For comfortable exploration, strong gear and torches are recommended.
Combat Mechanics and Interaction
The "Haunt" effect creates dark fog, hides character stats and reduces sound hearing distance. Coffins can detect players with this effect.
The "Transfiguring" effect is created through brewing and summons Apparitions after the death of affected creatures.
The Coffin system in catacombs activates under Bad Omen influence. Coffins go through three activity stages with different mob spawn intervals. If all created mobs are defeated, the coffin becomes inactive for half an hour.
The Apparition mob appears from coffins, passes through blocks, hypnotizes other creatures, picks up items and deals damage. In darkness, it's almost invisible. Upon death, it leaves ectoplasm used in brewing and creating surveyor blocks.
New Rebrush and Reaping enchantments increase the efficiency of investigating suspicious blocks and gaining experience from creatures respectively.
World Completion
The mod adds numerous missing decorative blocks including various bricks, stairs, slabs and walls made of granite, diorite, andesite and other materials, plus completes block families from tuff, bricks, deepslate and sandstone.
The ability to place banners on boats is implemented through sneaking interaction with the corresponding item.
Improvements
Archaeology animation became smoother in third person, items now gradually appear from suspicious blocks. Sherd distribution across structures was completely redesigned for greater diversity and logic.
In End Cities, new blocks now generate including choral and cracked end stone bricks. Armor stands now display with arms by default. Camels occasionally spawn in desert biomes.
Trailier Tales significantly enriches gameplay by adding depth to exploration and building, plus making underground adventures more challenging.
