Travel Anchors (Forge)

This is a reworked version of the original mod by CastCrafter that offers an enhanced short-range instant teleportation system.

Key Improvements

The changes listed below fundamentally transform the process of using teleportation systems:

• Removed automatic block snapping, providing better positioning control
• Added velocity preservation option (hold Ctrl during teleportation)
• New dedicated keybind for activation, in addition to the standard Shift+Click
• Configurable cooldown between uses through configuration files

Precision Features

Unlike the original, teleportation now works with absolute precision relative to your line of sight. For optimal results, it's recommended to look slightly above your target destination, as the game accounts for minor camera downward tilts. Future versions may include a "Smart Angles" feature based on community requests.

Compatibility

The mod works excellently with Iron's Spells and Spellbooks, integrating mana consumption when using teleportation systems.
