Traveler's Backpack [Fabric]
The Traveler's Backpack modification is a continuation of the legendary Adventure Backpack by JavierDarkona, completely redesigned for modern versions of Minecraft. Starting from version 1.16, all textures have been fully updated to match the game's new style, and backpack functionality has been significantly expanded.
Main Usage Features
The backpack can be opened by holding it in the main hand and right-clicking. When equipped on the back through the backpack interface, it becomes accessible by pressing a key (default B). Compatibility with Curios/Trinkets/Accessories mods allows wearing the backpack by simply placing it in the "Back" slot. The backpack can also be placed in the world as a block, making its storage accessible to hoppers and pipes.
Upgrade System
5 upgrade tiers are available: Leather, Iron, Gold, Diamond, and Netherite. Each tier increases the number of storage slots, upgrade slots, and tool slots. Upgrading is done at a smithing table using the pattern: Leather + Backpack + Tier Upgrade Item.
Functional Upgrades
The backpack supports 11 different upgrades: Tanks for liquids, Crafting Table, Automatic Feeding, Magnet, Auto-pickup, Void, Furnace, and others. The sleeping bag can be used without resetting the spawn point. Convenient tool slots allow quick equipment switching.
Storage Organization
Special functions include marking slots as unsortable and remembering stacks in slots. Sort, Quick Stack, and Transfer buttons help efficiently manage items.
Appearance Customization
Choose from over 45 unique backpack designs inspired by various creatures and blocks. The standard backpack can be combined with any dyes during crafting to create a unique appearance.
Special Abilities
Some special backpacks provide unique abilities that can be toggled on/off through the interface or assigned key. Any abilities can be disabled in the mod settings.
Configuration Settings
Through the mod configuration, you can change the number of storage slots, upgrade slots, and tool slots, enable/disable functional upgrades, configure integration with Curios/Trinkets/Accessories, manage backpack abilities, and configure loot from chests and mobs.
