Tree Harvester (Legacy Fabric)
Tree Harvester mod provides a convenient way to instantly harvest trees and giant mushrooms in Minecraft. Instead of breaking each log individually, you only need to chop down one tree block, and the entire structure will be automatically collected.
Main Features
With this mod, you can quickly harvest any trees - both standard ones and those added by other mods. Simply crouch and break one log to get all resources from a whole tree. After harvesting, leaves quickly disappear, and a new sapling automatically appears on the ground from the dropped items.
The mod works with various types of vegetation:
- Regular trees from the Overworld
- Warped trees in the Nether
- Giant mushrooms
Smart Functions
The system includes multiple checks to prevent accidental destruction of log structures. If different tree species grow nearby, only the leaves of the harvested tree disappear. Harvesting time depends on the number of logs in the tree - larger trees require more time.

Configuration
The mod offers numerous parameters for fine-tuning to your playstyle:
Basic Settings:
- Requirement to hold an axe
- Activation when crouching or in normal mode
- Instant leaf breaking
- Automatic bottom block detection
Vegetation Types:
- Fast leaf decay
- Work with Nether trees
- Giant mushroom processing
Automation:
- Automatic sapling replacement
- Mushroom planting after harvest
Game Balance:
- Tool durability loss
- Durability modifier (from 0.001 to 1.0)
- Character exhaustion
- Exhaustion modifier (from 0.001 to 1.0)
- Increased harvesting time for larger trees
- Time modifier (from 0.01 to 10.0)
Performance:
- Number of leaves broken per tick (from 1 to 16)
Axe Blacklist
You can restrict the use of specific axe types for tree harvesting. On first mod load, a blacklist file is created at: ./config/treeharvester/harvestable_axe_blacklist.txt. The system works with both regular and modded axes.
