Trinkets (Polymer Port)
A Minecraft mod based on Fabric that implements an accessory system with data-driven configuration support.
Polymer Version Features
This version represents a server-side port of the mod (works on Fabric!), designed for use in modpacks and single-player games. To open the accessories interface, use the /trinkets command or right-click on armor slots.
The mod is fully compatible with the standard Trinkets API, allowing it to be used alongside PolyMc and other mods that depend on Trinkets.
With server resource pack (uses Polymer for generation, recommended, but requires additional setup)
Without resource packs (default option)
Main Features
Trinkets adds a slot group and individual slot system to Minecraft. Slot groups are collections of slots for specific body parts or more general areas. By default, 6 slot groups are available (head, chest, legs, feet, offhand, main hand), to which additional slots can be added, and new groups can be created if needed.
The Trinkets interface is intuitive, accessible, and designed to minimize clutter. Thanks to this system, you'll never have unused slots, as mods only request the slots they actually need.
For Developers
To add Trinkets to your project, you need to include jitpack and nerdhubmc in the repositories of your build.gradle
repositories {
maven { url = "https://maven.terraformersmc.com/" }
maven { url = "https://maven.nucleoid.xyz" }
maven { url = "https://ladysnake.jfrog.io/artifactory/mods" }
}
Then to add Trinkets, specify it as a dependency in build.gradle
dependencies {
modImplementation "eu.pb4.polyport:trinkets:${trinkets_version}"
}
