Unclunkify
Early-game modded Minecraft sometimes feels clunky (awkward in style, form, or execution). You start a new modpack, ready to build giant factories, pipelines, and nuclear reactors, but immediately run into a huge wall of resource mining and boring infrastructure building. Yuck!
Unclunkify is a mod that provides a small set of features and adjustments to somewhat reduce this clunkiness. Its main focus is speeding up the resource gathering process. All features and adjustments are highly configurable.
Main Features
- High-Temperature Furnace - Heats up over time when fueled, increasing processing speed.
- Ore Crusher - A furnace-fueled device that turns ores into two dusts. Note that Unclunkify doesn't add any dusts! You'll need another mod that adds them for this machine to be useful.
- Mining Explosive - Cheap, throwable explosive that destroys blocks as if with Fortune III enchantment.
Adjustments and Improvements
- Break Speed Adjustment - Makes all blocks become softer, breaking faster with any tools.
- Tool Efficiency Adjustment - Increases efficiency of all tools with ratings below a certain threshold.
- Creeper Explosion Drops - Creepers that explode still drop some gunpowder. Useful for obtaining mining explosives more easily.
