Uncrafting Grinder
This unique block allows you to disassemble crafted items back into their original components. Simply place any item in the special slot, and the mechanism will automatically identify its crafting recipe, returning all the materials used.
How the Grinder Works
The device is equipped with three item slots and functions without the need for fuel. The disassembly process occurs sequentially: items move from bottom to top, while a progress indicator shows the current processing status. The work speed can be configured through configuration files.
Compatibility and Limitations
The system supports almost all standard items from vanilla Minecraft, as well as most modded items created through a regular crafting table. However, there are some limitations:
- Cannot disassemble chests and similar items where the type of wood used cannot be determined
- Does not work with items created through special crafting systems (Thaumcraft, Botania, and other alternative methods)
- Only items created through a standard crafting table can be disassembled
Technical Requirements
The mod requires installed Minecraft Forge. The mod is fully configurable through configuration files, where you can disable any unwanted items from the disassembly process.
