Upgraded Trims
This mod significantly expands the capabilities of decorative armor trims in Minecraft, adding unique beneficial effects to each of them. Now choosing a trim becomes not only an aesthetic decision but also a strategic choice for improving gameplay.
Main Features
The mod endows all existing armor trim materials with special bonuses that activate when wearing the corresponding equipment. Each type of trim provides its own unique set of advantages.
Available Trim Effects
🛡️ Protective Trims
- Warding - provides 10% chance to resist negative effects (effect stacks)
- Defender - reduces damage taken by 0.25 units (effect stacks)
- Bulwark - decreases damage taken by 10% (effect stacks)
⚡ Utility Trims
- Redstep - increases sprint speed by 5% and activates redstone when walked on (requires boots)
- Conductor - with 25% probability attracts lightning and provides immunity to lightning damage (requires full set)
- Lucky - increases luck by 1 level and makes piglins neutral towards the player
🔧 Technical Improvements
- Speech - increases reputation with villagers by 20%
- Sturdy - increases item durability by 50% (can only be repaired with diamonds or Mending enchantment)
- Shiny - increases item enchantability by 50% (maximum up to 10)
- Amplification - extends duration of beneficial effects by 10%
Technical Requirements
For the mod to work, Upgraded Core must be installed. The mod is only compatible with the Forge version and is actively developed for Minecraft 1.20.x.
