Uplink - Discord Presence

Welcome to the Uplink mod page - an open-source project that adds Discord Rich Presence integration to Minecraft.

With this mod, your friends on Discord will be able to see that you're playing on a server and track your gaming progress. This is a really cool feature!

The mod is built on ForgeAPI and uses the DiscordIPC library to ensure stable operation.
