Vanilla Debug Renderers
This modification provides access to hidden debug rendering tools that are already built into the vanilla version of Minecraft but are normally unavailable for use. Activation of these tools is done through the simple command /vdr toggle followed by the name of the specific debug renderer.
Client-side debug renderers (work on the client side):
- Visible chunk borders
- Height map display
- Collision volumes shown
- Support blocks visible
- Lighting indicators (function unknown)
- Solid surfaces displayed
- Chunk information accessible
- Game test mode (purpose unclear)
- Sky light sections highlighted
- Water level monitoring
Server-side debug renderers (require mod installation on both sides):
- Pathfinding analysis
- Neighboring block update tracking
- Structure generation monitoring
- Viewing creature brain activity
- Bee data acquisition
- Raid starting point identification
- Creature goal information
- Game event listener tracking
This mod's primary purpose is to assist developers of other modifications, but it will also be useful for regular players wanting to delve deeper into the game's internal mechanics.
