Variable Spawner Hardness
This mod introduces an interesting gameplay change by making spawner destruction more challenging depending on the selected difficulty level. Instead of standard hardness, spawners now possess varying resistance to destruction.
Spawner Hardness Levels
- Peaceful mode: Maintains standard hardness as in the original version (5F)
- Easy level: Comparable to end stone (9F)
- Normal level: Similar to ender chests (22.5F)
- Hard level: Equivalent to ancient debris (30F)
- Hardcore mode: Equal to obsidian (50F)
It's important to note that unlike some mentioned blocks, you can use any tool to destroy spawners - the main thing is not to attempt this with bare hands.
Configuration Settings
Starting from version 1.3.0, all spawner hardness values can be configured through the variablespawnerhardness-common.toml configuration file, allowing complete personalization of the gaming experience according to your preferences.
