Welcome to the first creations in the Variant Origins series! This unique mod completely reimagines Minecraft gameplay by offering 5 main character origins with individual variants for each.

Become a mechanical creation crafted by someone else. What destiny awaits an artificial intelligence in this world?

ADVANTAGES:

  • Sentry's Rest: Resting restores health and grants temporary armor boost
  • Throw: Your powerful limbs can launch enemies upward at the cost of reduced attack speed

FEATURES:

  • Mechanical Body: Being a mechanism, you're immune to regular status effects and don't need to breathe
  • Self Repair: Normal regeneration is unavailable - metallic resources are required for recovery

DRAWBACKS:

  • Heavy Metal: Excessive weight limits swimming ability and elytra usage, accelerates falling

Astral Automata (Impact: 3)

An alien from distant star systems arrives on an unfamiliar planet. What discoveries await this space traveler?

ADVANTAGES:

  • Sentry's Rest: Rest grants health and temporary protection
  • Rocket Propulsion: Consuming fuel enables temporary flight (intensive usage)
  • Strength of the Stars: Nighttime hours fill you with additional energy

FEATURES:

  • Mechanical Body: Machine is immune to status effects and doesn't require oxygen
  • Fuel System: You can consume coal, coal blocks, and charcoal, but regular food is unavailable

DRAWBACKS:

  • Barophobia: Unfamiliar gravity increases fall damage taken

Direct descendant of the Ender Dragon awakens their bloodline power. How to use this legendary heritage?

PRIMARY ABILITIES:

  • Take Flight!: Dragon blood heritage grants wings for gliding with acceleration through hunger
  • Draconic Leap: Use mighty strength to execute high jumps

FEATURES:

  • Grandiose Stature: Blood relationship makes you stronger and larger than regular humanoids (increased appetite)
  • End Island: Initial respawn on the main End island where Dragon is neutral toward you

DRAWBACKS:

  • Too Tall: Non-standard size prevents wearing armor and using shields

Divine Draconian (Impact: 3)

Special origin grants unique blessings alongside spiritual limitations.

METAMORPHOSES:

  • Draconic Metamorphosis: Switching between human and dragon forms
  • Human Form: Enhanced mobility with limited draconic abilities
  • Draconic Form: Immense power at the cost of rapid exhaustion

ADVANTAGES:

  • Wings: In either form, you retain gliding ability (armor unavailable)
  • Divine Will: Increased damage against unholy creatures
  • Paralyzing Strikes: In human form, you can slow enemies with magical strikes
  • Awe-Inspiring Aura: Transformation into dragon weakens attacking enemies

FEATURES:

  • Ice Spikes: Initial respawn in corresponding biome
  • Virtue: Prohibition prevents harming peaceful inhabitants like villagers and iron golems

Hound (Impact: 2)
